Have you leaned how "Ctrl-A" is used to select text and "Ctrl-C" to copy it to clipboard and "Ctrl-V" to paste the clipboard contents? Clipboard is an invisible buffer on most popular system types.
I just did that to put our logo in here.
You can "Ctrl-V" paste the information into any word processor(s) of your choice,
Or push "Ctrl-V" to paste these texts into new documents stored online just for you,
and you can edit in order to route your text through our "print preview tool"
as found at the JCE button bar of the imbedded JCE text editor - to print locally
and to move quickly in getting your originals finalized and completed as PDF.
Be sure to set all print margins to 1 inch.
Below on this page is the valuable cache for all of the Living Law Firm / Anna Von Reitz Land Office Recording Templates which have recently been published through Anna's Web Site hosted by Paul Stramer at Lincoln County Watch up in northwest Montana.
Those are great people who've worked very diligently to develop and test their technology of language and process... and now Jimmy Up! has recently created J!MFOWARS.com to reformat and refine the templates (plus several of his own) into this interactive software service for everyone to receive eagerly.
Tens of thousands of people have been asking the same important questions day in and day out for the past several years, and those questions are:
- How do we do it?
- What do we say in writing?
- Where do we take our documents to cure the problem?
- How long for positive results to take hold?
Our Template System will guide you every step of the way
We've used RED LETTERS as the lettering for all texts intended to be edited by our guests and changed to BLACK to complete their own copy.
Review the "Current Active Templates" list below. Double-click to open any of the leading links. Then open it one level deeper into the Template Editor to show the Edit and PDF Commands at the Gear Button. Choose Edit.
Give us a moment to land you in the word processor.
Now Toggle the editor to Code view.
Continue toward making a complete text copy as follows: Click in the text window, then do "Ctrl-A" to first select all the html code (you should see it highlighting while selected), then do "Ctrl-C" for copying all hightlighted code for assigning into your own Template(s). Stay put here. The text sits blindly on clipboard. But now,
Glance right, to the JIMFOWARS Menu. Click Your Personal Documents > Click + New. Page Edit starts to help making your version of the template waiting on Clip board. The Editor Screen appears. Change to Source Code view ( < > button).
Simply Ctrl-V to paste your instant html version into the new page buffer. See your html appear in the popup box. Click OK so you can then replace RED LETTERS with your info and set text color back to black. Toggle the editor.
Then click print preview, to print, save, further edit, store for later. Or work offline with everything. Your choice! In doing a few Print Preview sessions, you should be able to get a nice page with all margins set to 1 inch.
Quickly click on the Save, at the top, to quickly get your templates converted to final copies.
Admin your Template to assign a name, for example: 01 - County Recorder Cover Page and set the parameters, and Click on the Save button.
Next, your Template will appear in Your Personal Documents listing. Now you can click Edit from the list and begin authoring your template.
Click Save often to record your editing work, as web based systems may hang and result in loss of your unsaved input.
Open the saved document to continue editing for as long as it takes to approve of your results.
Click on the Gear Button, and then choose PDF from the menu. You can test printing to the screen first to be sure your pagination looks good before using actual printing supplies, etc.
The popup screen opens for you to further refine your template and paginate, etc.
Repeat these steps for all of your new templates.
The excitment and relief will certainly build as you get paper in hand.
